Low effort creamy tomato salmon pasta

2-3 salmon fillets
4 or more nests of tagliatelle
150g chopped cherry tomatoes
150ml passata/pasta sauce
150ml double cream
1 handful of spinach
1 tsp oregano
400ml of chicken stock (extra 100ml if using extra Taglitelle)

Combine all ingredients, bring to a boil and cover with lid and simmer on a low medium heat for 15 mins until cooked. Pull apart salmon and stir through. Add more stock if becomes dry.
