Overnight oats: Peanut butter

Ingredients:
½ cup (40g) old fashioned oats
1 tbsp (13g) chia seeds
1½ (26g) tbsp creamy peanut butter
⅓ cup (85g) plain Greek yogurt
¼ (25g) banana, diced
½ (61g) cup milk
Dash of cinnamon

Optional add ins: 20g CoQ10, extra yoghurt on top.

Stir together and leave overnight in fridge. Add extra milk if too thick.
