FOR THE OATS:
12½ g Peanut Butter
30 g Rolled Oats
50 ml Milk
5 g Honey
40 g Yoghurt⁣
10 g Vanilla Protein Powder., or alternative e.g. flaxseed
¼ tbsp Vanilla Extract
¼ tbsp Chia Seed
20 g Blueberries
¼ tsp Salt

Mix 

Top w yoghurt and honey, or banana
