Banana ice cream
Ingredients
4 ripe medium bananas
2 tablespoons/30g of smooth peanut butter
1 tablespoon of maple syrup
Method
- The night before peel, slice and add the bananas to a freezer bag or container and freeze.
- Add all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. If
struggling to blend the frozen bananas add a teaspoon or two of milk.
Can serve with sauces or toppings or as a side to a dessert.
4 frozen bananas (peeled)
25g ¼ cup cocoa powder
2 tablespoons/30g almond butter (can sub peanut butter)
¼ cup milk of choice (only use if you are making this in a food processor)
Optional: chocolate chunks or chips (to sprinkle on the top)
