Slow Cooker Hungarian Beef Goulash
Ingredients: Serves 4 (474 calories and 63.7g protein per serving)
700g stewing beef1 large potato
2 medium onions
1 large carrot chopped
2 bell peppers
4 garlic cloves
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 bay leaves
1 400g tinned tomatoes
400ml beef stock
2 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp hot paprika
Handful fresh parsley
Method:
- Add 1 tsp olive oil to a medium heat pan, add your beef and cornstarch and brown off for 5 minutes then set aside.
- Add the rest of the ingredients to the slow cooker pot, add the browned off beef, mix together then cook on high for 4 hours or low 8 hours.

- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with creamy mash, enjoy.
