Chicken orzo pasta

Creamy Chicken Orzo
Sear and cook 4 chicken breasts cut into strips and coated with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
Fry garlic and chilli flakes for one minute. I then added to chicken.
Toast 1lb orzo in olive oil for couple of minutes then add 1litre+ chicken stock. Simmer for 20+ mins until soft then add chicken mixture and 1/2pt cream into which green pesto added.
Heat/cook for 3-5 minutes.
Sprinkle with Parmesan to serve.
(Add any veg eg onions, spinach, mushrooms etc)
