Smoothie recipes
Chocolate peanut butter
-2 tbsp /30g cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp / 30g peanut butter
- 1 cup / 240g milk
- 1 banana
- 4 ice cubes
- 2 tbsp / 30g hemp seeds / chia
Oat milk smoothie
-
- 20 g oats rolled, steel-cut oats, or quick oats
- 1 banana ripe, frozen (include ice if not)
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter or almond butter, nut butter
- 0.5 teaspoon cinnamonground, or pumpkin pie spice
- 250 g oat milk or hazelnut milk
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flax meal
Can also add spinach or more oats
Chocolate avocado smoothie
- 1 small ripe banana
- 1/2 avocado
- 125 ml ice cubes
- 83 ml almond milk
- 22 grams cocoa powder (0.25 cup)
- 1–2 teaspoons maple syrup or to taste
