Baked berry oats


Ingredients:

2 cups rolled oats

2 cups milk (or unsweetened almond milk)

1 cup fresh blueberries

1-2 peaches

1 egg

1/4 cup maple syrup

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp vanilla extract


Then..

Preheat oven to 350 and cut up the peaches and rinse the blueberries. Mix all of your dry ingredients in a 13x9 oven safe baking dish.

Crack the egg into the baking dish and pour in the milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix everything together with a fork.

Mix in the peaches and blueberries! Make in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
