Apple crumble revisted

1kg apple 
25g sugar
0.5tsp cinamon
zest & juice 1/2 lemon
Combine with 4-5 tbsps water and cook 5 mins


200g plain flour
125g cold butter
125g muscavado sugar
pinch salt
Add oats if wish

Buttered disk about 20cm sq on the base

Bake 40 mins then sit for 15 at least
Fan 170C

Note: each apple from our tree yields about 60g flesh after peeling & coring.
