Nadiya’s marmalade haddock


Ingredients

  • 2 x 550g/1lb 4oz tins new potatoes, drained and halved (or use fresh - same timing)
  • 3 sun-dried tomatoes (the antipasti kind, in oil), snipped into strips, plus 1 tablespoon oil from the jar
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • pinch of salt
  • haddock fillets
