Gawley crepes

Single batch
5oz flour (142g)
3 eggs
350ml milk (360g)
pinch salt
1 Tbsp sugar, optional
1 Tbsp butter, melted.

Double batch
10oz flour
6 eggs
700ml milk
pinch salt
2 Tbsp sugar, optional
2 Tbsp butter, melted.

Dump all in bowl, mix with stick blender.
Or use food processor
Heat pan before putting in just less than 0.25cup batter.
