Remember to marinade

Sichuan style (good w pork & green beans)

- add 1tbsp soy, 2tsp rice wine, 1tsp sugar to browned meat 30s
- then saute 0.25tsp Sichuan pepper, 1 red chilli, 4 garlic cloves chopped, 3 spring onions chopped.
- add green beans & mince, 2 mins
- add 2 tsp soy, 2 tsp sesame oil

Teriyaki (good w chicken and peppers, mini broccoli)
- cut chicken thighs into strips, marinade with 4 tbsp soy, 2tbsp honey, 2tbsp sesame oil, 3 LG chopped garlic cloves, 4cm Ginger grated, 1 red chilli
- cook chicken, add veg, pour over sauce & 4tbsp sweet chili dipping sauce, and bubble 2 mins
- sprinkle over sesame seeds

Basic
2 tbsp rice wine, 1 tbsp sesame oil, splash light soy sauce, 1 tsp corn flour
Whisk
Stir fry with ginger, garlic, mushrooms, spring onions etc.
