Tom's crepes

Sift tog:
95g / 3/4 cup AP flour
0.5 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp sugar

Beat:
2 eggs
Add: 160ml / 2/3 cup milk
80ml / 1/3 cup water
0.5 tsp vanilla essence

Make a well in dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients and beat tog.
