Chocolate syrup (to make choc milk)

I use 2 tsp (rounded) per cup of milk (8 floz)

Add 100g sugar, 2 tbsp cocoa powder, 2.5 tsp cornstarch and 120ml water (0.5 cup) to small saucepan.

Bring to boil the reduce heat and stir for 2-3 min until thickened.

Add 1 tsp vanilla extract

Cool and store.

Assuming 2 rounded tsp of syrup (about 15g) for 7 oz 1% milk (so this is 15 portions)
