Lily pad pancakes

8 oz flozen petite pois (thawed)
1 egg
3 tbsp AP flour
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1/8 tsp baking powder
Oil
Plain yog or butter to serve

- Blend 2/3 peas with 2 tbsp water and egg until smooth.
- Stir in flour, salt, baking powder and mix in with fork.
- Stir in remaining 1/3 peas.
- Let it rest for ten mins
- Heat 2 tbsp oil , cook 1 tbsp batter for 3 mins, flip and cook other side.
- Serve warm with butter or plain yog.
