Johanna's banana oatmeal cookies
Ingredients
2 large bananas, mashed
90g/1 Cup plain rolled oats
Cinnamon and nutmeg to taste (approx.0.5 tsp total)

If desired you can add in some of the following:
vanilla extract
chocolate chips
raisins
chopped walnuts, almond or pecans

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350° F/180°C
Blend oats in food processor/blender until they become the consistency of chunky flour (you can omit this step - just means chunkier cookies).
In large bowl combined mashed banana with oats. Add in up to 1/2 cup of your favorite add in. Should be pretty moist, if it seems a bit dry, add more banana or a splash of milk.
Grease baking tray or use non stick liner . Drop dough by large tablespoons onto cookie sheet; flatten a bit with a fork.
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until cookies are set (look for - a bit brown on the bottom). Remove from oven and cool on wire rack.
Cookies will keep in a covered container for a few days, or they can be frozen and reheated.
Makes about 16 cookies.
