Banana bars (like Nakd bars)
Inspired by the ingredients label of Nakd bars
These are awesome!
Makes about 25 tiny bars - 2.5" x 1.25" x 0.5"
165g pitted dates
65g squashed bananas from Trader Joes (or 70g fresh banana roasted in oven / dried)
100g oats
40g walnuts
40g raisins
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1. Blend oats and walnuts into a 'flour'. Empty out.

3. Keep processing until it forms clumps - dough like. Took about 3 mins for me. I think the heat of friction helped to meld it together.
4. Squish into brownie pan lined with clingfilm to approx half inch depth (I use a silicon baking pan with lots of little bar shapes in it)
5. Leave overnight to dry, then cut into bars and store in airtight jar. Wrap in greaseproof paper for portability.
