Karine's baked fish & courgettes

for the fish meal, for 4 pers:
500g courgettes
200ml creme fraiche
cod filets
80g grated parmesan
some garlic, olive oil and a few olives

- fry the courgettes, sliced, in the oil
- put half of them in the dish, then the cods, then the rest of the courgettes, and finally the olives cut in half
- mix the creme with garlic, salt and peper, and a spoonful of oil. Pour over the dish
- put in the parmesan
- cover with foil and put in hot oven for 15 mins (180C for those of us who have a choice over their oven temperature!)
- take out the foil and put under the gril for the parmesan

note - you can also use fresh goat cheese instead of the creme.
